Named after a Sonoran desert plant that explodes with brilliant yellow blooms in the spring, Brittlebush Bar & Grill features innovative, Gastropub experience with a slight Scottish influence. The culinary effort, led by Chef Graeme Blair, a Scotland native, boasts some of his homeland favorites with a modern twist, while paying homage to the offerings from Scotland’s neighboring countries and English cousins. Guests will find a diverse menu that ranges from light appetizers and salads to more substantial fare, including “Full Scottish” Breakfast Sandwich and Mac’n Cheese with a Twist. A full bar offers a wide selection of Scotches, imported draft beers, as well as domestic and micro-brewed beers including the Resort's own label, “Piper’s Pale Ale.” Located in the Kierland Golf Club building, Brittlebush offers patio seating with sweeping mountain and golf course views, as well as a private dining room for meetings and special occasions.
