How long has the Phoenix Fine Dining Group been in business?
We have been in business for seventeen years in the Valley.
Do the restaurants change during the year?
No. The restaurants listed in the brochure/on our web site are the participating restaurants during the 2012/2013 year. There are currently 30 participating restaurants.
How long is the card valid?
The card is valid from the time you receive it until November 1, 2013.
What is the benefit of having a card?
The card enables you to purchase a dinner entrée at one of the participating restaurants and receive a 2nd dinner entrée of equal or lesser value for free. You may use the card at each restaurant on two separate occasions, giving you a total of 60 free dinners.
Do I have to make reservations?
The quality of the restaurants is such that reservations are a must. However, it is not necessary to identify yourself as a Phoenix Fine Dining member when making the reservations.
Do I have to inform the server that we are using the Dining Card when we arrive at the restaurant?
No, you do not. Simply present your card when presented with the bill and the restaurant will deduct the lesser priced entrée from the total amount.
What does the card look like?
The card is about the size of a business card and can be conveniently carried in your wallet.
How is it used?
Present your card when presented with the bill and the restaurant will deduct the price of the lesser priced entrée.
Can we use both free dinners on the same visit?
No. Your membership entitles you to a free dinner entrée on two separate occasions at each restaurant. You cannot use both free dinners at the same time.
Can we use our Dining Card when we are dining with another
couple or couples?
Yes, BUT you must request separate checks and use separate cards.
Is the card transferable?
Yes. There is no name on the card -- only a security number, which means that whoever has the card in their possession can use the card.
Can we order more than one card?
Yes. Many of our members order more than one card since they are valid until November 1, 2013 and they are frequent diners. Also, many of our members order cards for gifts. It is the perfect gift for any occasion -- for family, friends, business associates or employees. It is the perfect "Thank you".
Can you send a card as a gift?
Yes, it is the perfect gift for any occasion. We have a very attractive gift package that we can send directly to you to give in person or we can send it to the recipient with a message from you.
