The Grill at the Wigwam retains a bit of its cowboy heritage but the dining establishment speaks loudly of understated elegance and approachably delicious American cuisine with a western flair. At The Grill, you can dress it up or just play it casual. Overlooking the acclaimed 18th green of the legendary Blue Course, The Grill offers a selection of casual American favorites. Patio dining features spectacular views of the Blue and Gold courses and is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Chef Dushyant Singh has combined the freshest ingredients with his own creative flair and prides himself on doing the basics right. Specialties include Flat Iron Steak, Arizona Fried Chicken with Butternut Squash Stuffing, Parpadelle with Braised Pork and King Crab Risotto.
