J&G Steakhouse offers a sophisticated collection of steakhouse classics as interpreted by Michelin starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Securing the penthouse level atop the world famous Phoenician Resort, the restaurant is draped in a rich palate of purple and gold with a modern, stylish flair. David Rockwell Design is responsible for the rich, dark espresso woods, limestone, and subtle bursts of gold and purple, all accented by the warm flicker of fire pits on the patio. The sexy, minimalist décor allows the two most important elements to take center stage: the menu and the view. Diners will enjoy dramatic sunsets and views of the Valley while dining on premium meats and a global selection of fish. The bill of fare is complimented by fresh, local ingredients and worldly spices and is masterfully executed by Chef de Cuisine Jacques Qualin. The menu consists of standard steakhouse fare - Caesar salad, crab cakes, steaks, chops, seafood, and comfort food sides - but each with a luxurious Vongerichten touch. There is also a selection of lighter dishes: Slowly Cooked Salmon rubbed with Lemon Oil & Paprika, Sautéed Dover Sole Grenobloise, and a raw bar.
