J&G Steakhouse, the stunning crown jewel carved into the 5th Floor of the AAA Five Diamond Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, offers a sophisticated collection of steakhouse classics as interpreted by world renowned, Michelin starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Dominated by a rich palette and natural materials inspired by steak and wine, J&G Steakhouse provides a refined complement to The Phoenician’s luxurious resort atmosphere. Floor to ceiling windows showcase sprawling desert vistas in the main room, as well as in the private Sunset Dining Room. A second offset private dining area provides a more intimate experience. Outside, two oval banquettes surrounded by blazing fire pits dot the terrace, while a tempest onyx wraparound bar makes for the ultimate cocktail destination. Custom made furniture and light fixtures can be found throughout, giving J&G a modern elegance. Premium meats and a global selection of fresh fish are the backbone of the menu, including the highest quality raw items from the east and west coasts to make up the signature J&G Seafood Platter. J&G features several Bone-In cuts of USDA Prime beef, as well as classic side-dishes of vegetables, pastas/grains and potatoes. The wine list has received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator and the Zagat Dining guide has rated J&G highly for Food, Service and Ambiance.
