Red's Steakhouse features a contemporary steakhouse atmosphere with a menu that includes prime steaks, chops, chicken, seafood and signature desserts from Chef de Cuisine Kirsten Seltzer. This hotspot includes a 90-seat dining room, two private dining areas, an extensive wine cellar, a fashionable bar & lounge with a pool table and flat screen televisions, and a comfortable outdoor patio with rose-covered trellises, a fire pit and a calming water feature. The décor reflects the resort's Authentic Arizona™ theme with accents of copper, steel, leather and distressed wood. No matter how you like your food prepared, you are sure to find something that satisfies. Starting with the finest USDA prime beef - corn-fed and aged up to four weeks - the steaks on Red's menu are grilled to perfection. Red's has the finest cuts of meat in the Valley. Anchoring the menu are prime cuts of Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Rib Eye & Porterhouse. Guests have the option of bone-in or dry aged. Other delectable courses include seafood selections like Chilean Sea Bass, King Salmon and Seared Pacific Scallops. To accompany the entrées, generous portions of Steak Fries, Gruyère-Whipped Potatoes, Sautéed Spinach, Glazed Carrots and Red's Macaroni and Cheese are perfect on their own, or to share.
