The Bamboo Club emits a contemporary chic Far East feel by way of soaring bamboo trunks, Oriental sculptures and fashionable dinnerware. You'll find modernized Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and other Eastern-influenced selections - and yes some of them are spicy, but you can identify those by the asterisk next to the name. Owner Dereck Shrader guarantees that if you just show up at The Bamboo Club expecting appetizing, fresh food without the confines of trying to slot it into any particular ethnic category, you'll be pleased. The Sizzling Saigon Steak with asparagus, mushrooms & onions is an excellent choice for those who like the heat. Crispy Coconut Shrimp is popular, too. Diners are not restricted to menu descriptions either. The kitchen is always happy to alter a recipe any way possible to please a customer. You can count on reasonably priced food being creative and delicious - almost to the point of being addictive. For diners with a less-seasoned palate, The Bamboo Club does a fantastic job with all the standards: Mandarin Orange Beef, Classic Chicken Chow Mein and Hawaiian Sweet & Sour Shrimp.
