Café ZuZu is situated in the historic Hotel Valley Ho in downtown Scottsdale. The kitchen is presided over by the highly celebrated Chef Charles Wiley who was named one of the "Ten Best New Chefs in America" by Food & Wine Magazine, and recognized as one of "America's Best Hotel Chefs" by the James Beard Foundation. The open kitchen serves forth honest, flavorful American comfort food coupled with fast, friendly service. In addition to having the "best breakfast in town", lunch and dinner specialties include Beef Stroganoff, Braised Short Ribs and homemade Meatloaf. Everything is made from scratch; eggs are organic, jams and jellies come from local harvesters and produce is delivered fresh from the Valley's Duncan Farms. Desserts are a distinct feature of ZuZu; homemade pies including Lemon Meringue and Deep Dish Apple, malts, shakes and ice cream specialties are served from the exhibition soda fountain. ZuZu has seating for nearly 100 inside, a beautiful courtyard patio and swank lounge. One wall of the café is floor to ceiling glass that disappears when the weather permits bringing the outdoors inside.
