ZuZu is tucked inside the historic, mid-century modern Hotel Valley Ho in Downtown Scottsdale. The kitchen serves forth seasonal American fare, utilizing beautiful produce from local farms like McClendon’s Select and Duncan’s Farm. A variety of signature cocktails and martinis are offered. Everything is made from scratch – including English muffins, cinnamon rolls, soups, salad dressings, potato chips and fries. Appetizers range from Orange & Ginger Seared Ahi and P.E.I. Mussels to Oven Grilled Lamb Sausage with Zefa Fennel & Cucumber Salad. Savor entrées like Sweet Dijon Glazed Salmon with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes or Grilled Chicken over Basmati Rice with a Spicy Chickpea & Roasted Tomato Sauce.
