Having worked extensively with Chef Bjoern Weissgerber of Zuma Miami and Chef Ce Bian of Roka Akor Chicago, Chef Alford and his talented culinary team utilize the finest techniques serving enticing and exciting plates with their contemporary take on standard sushi. The adjacent Sake and Shochu Lounge offers a contemporary, unpretentious atmosphere serving their signature, stylish shochu, a vodka-like distilled spirit. Mild in taste, the Japanese libation is infused in-house with local organic produce featuring flavors such as Fuji apple, pineapple and honeycomb. Happy hour, voted “Best Value” by the editors of AZ Central.com, is offered daily in the Sake & Shochu Lounge and covered patio.
